Because every building has a different amount of sediment inside its plumbing, we do not warranty sediment removal. We have no way of knowing:

how much sediment is in the line,

whether the water was shut off after we left (which can stir sediment back into the system), or
-
if the city performed a shutdown or hydrant flush that pushed new sediment into the pipes.
Our process vacuum‑extracts sediment — we do not push it deeper. In rare cases where a building has excessive sediment, material can shift into nearby faucets or apartments. This is uncommon, but it can happen.
If this occurs, we return at a discounted rate:

Redoing the Same Faucet (Within 30 Days)
We rarely need to re‑service the same faucet — once sediment is removed, the line typically stays clear. If we do need to return to redo the same faucet we just serviced, we offer a 30‑day discounted return visit:

Cartridge Installation Warranty
We install cartridges when needed.

We do not warranty parts, because sediment and water conditions can damage cartridges at any time.

Labor Guarantee: We guarantee 30 days of labor on the cartridge we install. If it fails due to installation error, we reinstall it at no charge.

Parts: We do not guarantee cartridges. Manufacturers usually replace them for free if they fail.

If the part fails, the customer can get a free replacement from the manufacturer, and we reinstall it at our normal labor rate.

This includes the setup and the first cleanout of the visit. Every additional faucet costs less — we price them to give you a break when you do more than one. That’s why the overall average stays around $150 per faucet.

Sediment levels differ from faucet to faucet. Light buildup clears quickly. Heavier buildup takes a little more time.
