Because every building has a different amount of sediment inside its plumbing, we do not warranty sediment removal. We have no way of knowing:

how much sediment is in the line,
whether the water was shut off after we left (which can stir sediment back into the system), or
if the city performed a shutdown or hydrant flush that pushed new sediment into the pipes.

Our process vacuum‑extracts sediment — we do not push it deeper. In rare cases where a building has excessive sediment, material can shift into nearby faucets or apartments. This is uncommon, but it can happen.

If this occurs, we return at a discounted rate:

Redoing the Same Faucet (Within 30 Days)

We rarely need to re‑service the same faucet — once sediment is removed, the line typically stays clear. If we do need to return to redo the same faucet we just serviced, we offer a 30‑day discounted return visit:

Cartridge Installation Warranty

We install cartridges when needed.

We do not warranty parts, because sediment and water conditions can damage cartridges at any time.
We do warranty our labor for the life of the part. If a cartridge is found to be damaged, the customer is responsible for purchasing the replacement part, and we will install it under our labor warranty.
